Reasons you may not have received a response after contacting us

We receive a high number of emails and phone calls each day, but unfortunately due to limited staff and the COVID-19 Pandemic, we can only spend our time answering questions and concerns from our actual customers. But if you have tried contacting us and haven’t received a response from us, then here are some possible reasons why…

 

1. You are contacting us about a product that you did not purchase from us:

 

If you purchased a product from us, it will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “Shop For Things LLC” or “Champion Web EN LLC”. We will also have emailed you a receipt confirming your order.

 

2. You want to cancel your trial order:

 

As we stress through-out our website and on our FAQ page, all products sold on our website are flat rate ONE-TIME prices. There’s NEVER anything to cancel. We do not sell any trials or free trial products on our website. So if you tried contacting us to cancel something, then please know that you are contacting the wrong company.

 

3. You are contacting us about surprise charges on your account:

 

As mentioned in the previous paragraph, all products sold on our website are flat rate one time prices and you will never be billed or re-billed recurring. We guarantee you will never see any surprise charges from us. So if you are contacting us about a surprise charge that may have appeared on your bank or credit statement, then please understand that it did not come from us. As mentioned above, any purchase made from us will appear on your statement as “Shop For Things LLC” or “Champion Web EN LLC”.

Our best advice is to simply contact your bank or credit card company to get the details and company information about the surprise charge. And they will give you the option to dispute the charges and stop the company from charging you further.

 

4. You are a sure customer who contacted us and haven’t yet received a response from us:

 

We may have simply been busy, but know that we will get back to you. It can take us 2 to 3 days to get back to you via email. Or if it’s a weekend or Holiday, then it may take a little longer. But know that we will surely get back to you. If it has been an unusually long time that you haven’t received a response from us, then please be sure to check your spam or junk folder to see if our reply accidentally ended up there.
